In the children's fairytale world 04 February 2018

"It turned out that when an orchestra is so good,
can become such a flexible guide to a fairytale.
"
Liza Konstantopoulou, teacher/writter

With yesterday's concert for the whole family, in the ceremony hall of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, were completed the performances of "Children's Corner", the educational program of TSSO for children aged 4-9, in the context of the Year Debussy. Together with the concerts for the schools, more than 800 our little friends met the little Electra and the strange Helonotsoukalos, through the story of Liza Konstantopoulou and the icons of Sotiris Panousakis, listening to wonderful music by Clint Debussy.  . Thodoris Papadimitriou directed TSSO in this series of concerts, while Ioanna Georganta traveled the children with her narrative into the magic world of 'Children's Corner'.

After the end of yesterday's concert, the children went on stage to get to know the musicians and the instruments of the orchestra, while the participants accepted the congratulations to all. Ioanna Georganta stated that she was one of the most beautiful experiences of her life and she stood in how they were all so harmoniously tied, while Sotiris Panousakis stood in the co-operation of everyone who characterized him wonderful by saying: "They were all sweet and wonderful ... like fairy tale. We enjoyed it. "

Liza Konstantopoulou described how she saw her fairy tale come alive: "My expectations exceeded that. The collaboration was stunning and the result was not just pleased but it spoke to me. It turned out that when an orchestra is so good, can become such a flexible guide to a fairy tale. I would like to thank all the partners, especially Zoe Tsokanou, for giving me this opportunity to live it all. "

The conductor Thodoris Papadimitriou said: "First of all, it is a great pleasure to cooperate with TSSO. Excellent musicians, positive people and with a terrible response to what the conductor tries to do. The fairy tale has put us in another world. It made us feel a little younger in age. The atmosphere here and above all in the Test Hall with the children raised on stage was incredible. We hope that such things happen more often, even for younger ages. "
