Thessaloniki, wait for me - 75 years later

The Jewish Community of Thessaloniki, in collaboration with the Thessaloniki State Symphony Orchestra and the soprano Mariangela Chatzistamatiou, organizes on Sunday 26th January 2019 at 19:00, in the Monastiriotes Synagogue (35Syggrou str) the concert entitled "Wait for me Thessaloniki - 75 Years Later" in commemoration of the Remembrance Day of the Greek Jews Martyrs and Heroes of the Holocaust and the 75th Anniversary of the Liberation of the extermination camps of Auschwitz – Birkenau.
 

The song titled "Waiting for Thessaloniki" was sung by the Thessaloniki Jews, prisoners of Auschwitz.
