Alexandre Desplat

Thessaloniki welcomes world-renowned film music composer and conductor Alexandre Desplat, who xonductsthe TSSO in his own works for the 57th Demetria Festival. The French composer, of Greek origin on his mother's side, has written music for more than 40 films and has won numerous awards, including two Oscars, two Grammys, a Golden Globe and many more, with his music dressed famous movies, such as Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows, The Shape of Water, The Grand Budapest Hotel, The Imitation Game, The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, Argo, Godzilla , Twilight Saga: New Moon etc. A special evening in our city for music and also cinema lovers.
